Why is Florida a trashy program in every sport

Pretty sure it all stems from the tech girl who leans into pitches getting indignant about getting hit early in that last game. Get hit by a pitch and then start jawing, I wouldn't bother if she's spending the rest of the day jawing.

Sportsmanship in general is in the gutter in younger generation today. Too many overall examples to start listing them all here, but if you watch any sports starting at very young age it seems sportsmanship has been pushed aside for look at me moments and showing up the competition. Maybe I was simply raised differently but competitive sports to me were “play hard on field, and when done leave it on field”, show some class for God’s sake, and act like you’ve been there before. That 💩is out the window these days.

1. Tim Walton is a huge douchebag
2. Jason Williams and his family are trash
The fact TT and Glasco didn't let it go makes them just as bad. And we play them Thursday. I hope all that **** is still on their minds!

I agree. Our current culture nurtures and celebrates self centeredness. A DB can make a tackle after an 11 yard run for a first down and strut like banty rooster as if he made the tackle for a loss.

There are little leaguers and junior high baseball players pimping Homeruns.
It is a sign of the changing culture and the crowning of the ME generation!
counting down to someone touting that we are just old and the kids just want to have fun, why do we insist on making it boring? Admittingly I am a Boomer and see things differently apparently. This all came about when they implemented rules deterring the pitchers from enforcing etiquette on the field. Pimp a HR in the day and next time up, you were paying the price. Now get off of my lawn.

Jason Willams got into with a 80 yr old handicapped woman and got tossed from the game then went to the outfield next game and had to be retrained from fighting. His daughter, who used to play at FL, got hit 4 times. She stomped on home plate when she score, then walked up the first base line pointing and yelling obscenities at the pitcher. I enjoyed that WWE style of regional.

Not shaking hands with TT after the game. This kinda stuff would pisss me off as a school supporter
I don’t know, but I think Stricklin should hire a completely unknown assistant from an ACC school, destroying each program for years to come, but hey, they aren’t an embarrassment anymore.

It’s Florida and Jason Williams (who played at florida, ironically). It’s like they played a softball game in the trailer park; drama will ensue.

She might want to think twice about leaning into pitches if #48 is pitching.

It's the rich northern yankees that inhabit the Florida coastal regions. And there's a growing trend of redneckery outbursts in Florida. The the hurricanes and Disney and Miami. It's a melting pot of polarization.

I lived in Central Florida for several years, there were way more rednecks in the central part of the state than I ever imagined. Basically where the term Cracker originated.

Also, she transferred from UF to TT during the offseason.
