Clearly not “proof beyond a reasonable doubt” criminal conviction level nor courtroom/under oath civil trial “preponderance” level, but it’s a detailed read of the allegations.
Oh I agree it’s a good read but my point was it’s one sides story, we will never know the truth. I think the dude looks the part and I could see him doing it. I’m just not willing to treat the man as guilty without knowing more than social media or media or a phantom girl wants us to think, facts matter.

There doesn't seem to have been enough implicating him in any wrong doing to justify punishing him by not allowing him to play college basketball. I can't say this equals assisting in a murder if he did not even know his cousin had a gun much less intended to shoot someone.
