Boy, there’s a pall in the WHU stands. Hammers had a good chance there just now, denied. The heat will make a difference in how the already-safe teams play. Doesn’t look good for the Hammers.

Arsenal conceded zero penalties, had zero red cards over the course of the season. I remember last year, the red cards drove me crazy. Lead the league with six red cards last season.

It couldn’t be Liverpool, but I’m happy for Arsenal. Also good for Mikel Arteta. Many people said that he couldn’t get over the hump. He never has to hear that again. The Gunners deserved it. First-rate all around.
