This is how I feel also. I love Pepsi with pizza. otherwise I’ll go weeks without drinking soda.
Alright. Again, I failed at simple. Was going to make a simple pepperoni and jalapenos pizza. Went to a Mexican market for the peppers and left with serranos and habaneros as well. Heh. The pizza was wonderful. Do you think you could handle it?
It was great! When you put peppers through the heat of the oven, it takes the heat down on the peppers enough to be able to eat. It was fun to create something different!
Italian sausage, peppers (green, yellow, orange and red), (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated parmesan, cubed mozzarella, parsley (to make it look pretty), crushed red pepper and a dusting of onion powder!

I had a buddy over today. He brought some good German lager. We enjoyed a really good video boot of the Rush concert (4th show).

Hot soppressata, (my own) tomato sauce, cubed mozzarella, calabrian chili glaze. Finished with more calabrian chili glaze, crushed red pepper, fresh basil, sea salt and fresh grated Romano!
Hand-sliced pepperoni, sauteed baby bella mushrooms, red onions, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan, cubed mozzarella and dried parsley to make it look pretty! I finished with fresh basil. New batch of tomato sauce this week!

7-meat pizza. Pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, hot soppressata, sirloin fajitas, bacon and Earl Campbell's smoked sausage!
Sweet Italian sausage, fresh sliced white onions, (my own) tomato sauce, fresh grated Parmesan and cubed mozzarella!
Pesto, mozzarella, fresh garlic, marinated artichoke hearts and a spiral of EVOO. Finished with fresh basil and fresh grated Romano!
