Ideas for additions to the La Familia team

These are guys that have never played in the TBT.

Right now, all they have is Reid Travis, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Archie Goodwin. Keep in mind that you are not going to get any guys that are currently in-and-out of the NBA. I also chose guys that aren't dominating overseas (i.e. Hamidou Diallo, Dakari Johnson):

It doesn't look like he has played professionally in five years and he's almost 32. He's 6'0" and most of his playstyle relied on athleticism. Father Time is not friendly to those types of players.

I think Wall’s legs are done sadly but Cousins would be my top pick to add to the team. I still have no clue why he’s not on a NBA roster. He still has plenty of game and would dominate the TBT.

Yes ... he has a Facebook page and it shows him training and working with players. He also has a line of clothing and a travel page. He is a proud Kentuckian. He would be an interesting possibility to help coach at Kentucky, actually ...

Cousins has spent the last couple seasons in the Mongolian league. Repeat, Mongolia. That’s the bottom rung for players who’re no longer even good enough to play in Europe, China, Australia, Israel, etc. And he went to Mongolia after things went badly for him in the Puerto Rican league.

So I think you’re grossly overestimating Boogie’s current game. He’d surely be somewhere better if he had anything significant left in the tank.

But I agree he might be a good (and fun) candidate for this. If he’s willing to go to Mongolia to keep playing, then why not the TBT?
