The Russians thought she was.

Sorry man but I lost all respect for her when she tried to frame Obama by saying he knew Russia didn't have the ability to digitally interfere with the voting machines when that was never his charge. When he claimed interference, he was talking only about social media.

I'm a huge Timothy Snyder fan - having watched his full Yale class on Ukraine, and having read his latest book - but I'm just not buying the Russia asset slur. You can find fault with the Dem attacks on Russia without being a Russian agent. It's like you can oppose Israel's wars without being antisemitic.

I was somewhat concerned with Tulsi's leanings toward Modi and the Indian nationalists. Other than that, I hoped her background might improve US-India relations - which I favor - but I can't say I saw any evidence of that.

My criticism of Tulsi is that after being strong on health care and climate change as a Democrat, she turned to the dark side. To me, that showed she was more concerned with power than principle. Not that that's a rare disease among politicians, but I was very disappointed.

Which is to say I don't defend her except on this issue, which I think is unfounded (or overblown, at the very least).

From a combat vet in the House, to vice-chair of the DNC, to Bernie supporter, failed Democratic presidential run, Fox News contributor, Trump supporter, Trump's DNI, and now resigned. What a ride.

Might be overblown for sure but by taking the heat off of Russia by claiming Obama staged a coup when he and others spoke of Russian interference could be interpreted as Russia friendly. I just came to despise her after her Committee hearings so I'm admittedly biased.

Just for a point of clarification and a personal pet peeve. Humans don't become Angels when they die. Completely not biblical.
Welp, their spirits that decided to manifest visually for this image in human form don't have to because the are still tethered to their mortal coil.

Before Tulsi joined the dark side, her criticisms of the Russia narrative were of the nature that Russia had legit grievances. E.g., promises made and broken about NATO. Dems attacked those points, but now everyone (including Timothy Snyder) acknowledges that those points were true.

After she joined Team Trump, she strayed from those correct positions to spouting the Trump line on some but not all issues. That's when I washed my hands. Meanwhile it's hard to find Dems who acknowledge the true things that they denied early on. I don't expect Rs to care about the truth, but it pains me when Ds don't either.

I have no problem with telling the truth but I'll also admit i dont remember much about her and those Russia claims. So I'll accept your point as long as we're talking about then.

However, if you’re the DNI, its sickening not to tell the truth about Russian interference when even the Senate Intelligence Committee led by Marco Rubio admitted that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. And not only does she ignore that evidence but she also tried to twist it in order to get Obama charged with treason. Who the hell is she working for other than Donald and his best Russian friend? It sure as hell isn't innocent Americans.

More than likely she's finally seeing the absolute clown shown of this admin and pushing Massie out showed her who really is still in control.

Same as it ever was, same as it ever was.

God bless Tulsi. An American Patriot.

LEGACY: @DNIGabbard declassified highly sensitive records and internal documents from the Obama White House.

The records make an even stronger case that the 2016 Russia collusion narrative was not rooted in credible intelligence.

Rather, intelligence was manipulated by the outgoing Obama Administration in coordination with IC leadership to fit a preferred political narrative.

As of May 2026, DNI Gabbard has declassified well over half a million pages of government records that were previously withheld from the American people.

Or maybe it's becuase her husband is dying of bone cancer? What a piece of human garbage you are. But you already know that.
Cove comes to the rescue.
She left because, if she was true, among other things she did not support the open ended war.
Stepping back in support of her husband is an awesome display of family life.

Hillary called her out as one several years ago. Nothing Tulsi has done since makes me doubt what she said.

I hope so.

I can't wait for Tulsi's tell-all book to come out. Will she throw Trump under the bus? Who else? Rubio? Vance?

I don't know why she seems more hated by Dems than Trump, but imagine the attacks from the right if she turns on Trump. Will she become the most vilified woman in America?
