It is getting some serious head wind in the Senate, putting off passage of a reconciliation bill Trump hoped to get by June 1. Looks like that won't happen. Numerous GOP senators are opposed to the slush fund. Maybe it is, as Dick Durbin noted, "an ethical bridge too far" for Senate Republicans.
