Volchko was not particularly sharp in Starkville & got in pitch count trouble. He only lasted 5 innings.

Sheet like that makes ABS such an obvious choice.
A clear 3rd K to end the inning and the HP ump just completely misses it.
So often that sheet like that changes games.

Ha. Talking up how easy it would be for this guy to steal a base. Then he changes his mind & fall down trying to get back to 1st. Easy out.
Duke at this stage is a solid long reliever that we’ve had to make a starter and it hasn’t really worked.

Man, we all have our opinion but based on everything Ive seen, that regional host spot was already on lockdown for us
