Not trying to burn you. . . just pointing out that you're a moron.Sick burn.
Go watch Williams games. He’s just not ready to play at this point. He’s going to need a lot of work and a couple years to contribute in the SEC. Quite a few full games on YouTube and tons of content out there. Nothing wrong with needing time to get better. I’ve never saw the Hawthorn kid play but maybe he can give some minutes if we have a couple injuries. I doubt either one of those guys were brought in to contribute this year. I hope they both turn into superstars.A 4 star guard should never see the floor?
You should seriously consider getting your resume ready. A great coaching mind like yours shouldn't be wasted on being a message board Cliff Clavin.
yeah we are gonna lose all our games, calipari fan 69.Guy nicked name after 2 calipari players, its because your boy not caring we had to get Pope. When we are good next year it'll be chirps from you and your boys of summer on this board the "anon" boys.Yeah we are freaking loaded Mrs. Pope.
Morton, Mo Williams son should be able to play in spurts. In high school how high were guys like hawkins, fitch rated? We might have plenty of guards in terms of quantity but I see zero reserve guards who should see the floor for Kentucky - the freshmen (especially Williams) can be, just not yet.
Williams is considered someone who can give minutes off the bench. Zyon Hawthorne, not so much. From the film I have seen, Mason looks better equipped to give minutes at PG than Jasper was last year.Go watch Williams games. He’s just not ready to play at this point. Considered by whom? Not from the 16-17 full games I saw he isn’t . Being better than Jasper isn’t doing much for me but he’s definitely not better than him. I really don’t want to say anything bad about our players, but I’ll just say he needs a couple years to play meaningful minutes at a school like Kentucky. He needs to work on his shooting, his quickness, his ball handling and really his whole game. I’m not saying he sucks or anything, he just isn’t SEC level good yet. A couple years can change a lot of things with a young player though.Williams is considered someone who can give minutes off the bench. Zyon Hawthorne, not so much. Averaging like 8 pts per game and playing very good defense isn’t sec level? I love sec as much of the next guy but you heavily overrate sec.Considered by whom? What are you talking about? Mason hasn’t played a game in college yet my friend. He’s a freshman this year. Also, no I’m not overrating the SEC AT ALL. It’s the best or some years the second best league in College basketball.Averaging like 8 pts per game and playing very good defense isn’t sec level? Beat me to it.
I think we'll get good production out of the older Hawthorne kid. The article i read about his little brother impressed me in a different way. His attitude is perfect for an old school type freshman. He has no expectation of playing, but said he wants to do whatever is asked of him to help the team in practice.Go watch Williams games. He’s just not ready to play at this point. Lmao in your original post you was talking about Kam Williams and then you edited it. I see youWhat are you talking about? Mason hasn’t played a game in college yet my friend. I mean they a pretty good league just all the young people who have college eligibility aren’t fantasticso 3 ppg at Georgia and 15+ at some rando Euro league. Tells me all I need to know about the "competition" there. Can put down a mega super bet that it sure as hell wasn't good.
There you go, I didn't think midwit sounded right![]()
Let’s put it like this last year he probably could’ve started at the end of the seasonI think Williams is good enough to chip in some back up point guard minutes. Not the primary but good enough to contribute in a pinch when Diallo and Wilkens both are off the floor when foul trouble or a small injury rears their heads.
Solid shot, good little floater and mid range game, decent passer. Below the rim, needs to keep ratcheting up a fair but not spectacular handle. Head seems screwed on right, I think by the end of the year he might be up for more of the true back up role.
Article says "5 or 6 of last year's top 25 teams" have been in contact with his agent.
Keaton Wagler was the composite #144 player coming out of high school. You guessed it....you......No, I don't think the composite #140 recruit should see the floor outside of spot minutes as a true freshman. I specifically called him out as the guy who can be a contributor, just not yet.
He averaged 15.2 pts and 5.3 assist in EYBL while shooting 41% from three. I don’t think he is better than Jasper; but better suited for getting minutes with the ball. He is physically more prepared than Jasper for a frosh. Jasper’s ceiling seems much higher, but he physically could not compete. Travis Perry got minutes his frosh year. Perry averaged less at Adidas 3SSB. I think the EYBL is the more prestigious of the two circuits.Considered by whom? Not from the 16-17 full games I saw he isn’t . Thanks for your input, boyfriend. Catphright can’t fight his own battles? Thanks for your input Mrs. Kelsey.
We didn’t have to hire Pope at all, I’m far from a Calipari fan.yeah we are gonna lose all our games, calipari fan 69.Guy nicked name after 2 calipari players, its because your boy not caring we had to get Pope. We have mid major roster and a low level coach. One thing we know for sure, Pope and his staff has put together a lot of role players for next year's team.
They have whiffed on a lot of impact players. We have mid major roster and a low level coach.
What could possibly go wrong?
Show me a mid major with a roster even close to ours, I’ll wait. Everyone knows we don’t have a top roster, but why the need to exaggerate? We have mid major roster and a low level coach.

The sanest post you've ever made. I figured you'd be comparing the roster to the 96 Bulls. Welcome back!Show me a mid major with a roster even close to ours, I’ll wait. Everyone knows we don’t have a top roster, but why the need to exaggerate?
Let's make sure their definition of "5 or 6 of last year's top 25 teams" doesn't mean 5 or 6 that at some point in the season were or weren't in the top 25. Case in point - UK - who's been in contact, wasn't in the top 25 for long. Sounds like marketing speak from an agent to get attention.Article says "5 or 6 of last year's top 25 teams" have been in contact with his agent.

FAIL
In the last 5 years, 41 out of 100 players that started in the final four were not among the top 140. How many of them were true freshmen? And bro... why are you being a dick? You too emotionally fragile to handle disagreement without getting hostile? In the last 5 years, 41 out of 100 players that started in the final four were not among the top 140. You guessed it....
