I dont think we need a video because I think it goes to trying to eliminate deception and ineligible receivers downfield to receiver passes. There was one game where a backup QB put on the regular punters jersey and went out to punt and then threw a perfect pass for a first down on the fake punt. All of this falls under taking away deception like the fumblerooskie.

Every team now is doing a lot of shifting prior to punting the ball to get some type of mistake to happen by the defense and it is hard for the refs to figure out who is eligible to receive passes or be an elibible receiver

Only reason I like it is because Levar won't be able to do all of his shifting/confusion against us when we play them this coming year.

I honestly don’t know if this is or is not a good change….BUT…

my general perception of the NCAA is they are great at coming up with solutions in need of a problem rather than addressing anything that actually needs fixing.

Oh, and they’re also super good at punishing teams for meaningless infractions (paper cuts) while other teams get away with murder (gaping axe wounds).
