I hope not but our top brass will need to have a plan just in case that should happen on how to retain Coach B.

When/If Kate Paye gets fired, then I would put money on Stanford approaching Coach Banghart with her Ivy League background.

Don't see coach leaving UNC that easily, though. One of the main reasons she took the UNC job is because her sister Jen and her family had been living in Chapel Hill and she teaches at the nearby Montessori school. Coach Banghart wanted her kids to grow up with their cousins.

Don’t think she would leave either. Just guessing Stanford would pursue.

If you are worried your coach will be poached it sounds like it is time for a contract negotiation with higher pay and a higher buyout?

We could not swing a contract that a P2 school would blink twice at buying out but we can get one that will likely deter Stanford...

Paulina Paris graduated from SMU this past season, exhausting her eligibility. She averaged 9.6 PPG, 1.6 APG, 2.9 RPG, 1.0 SPG. She hoped to play professionally, I assume overseas.

Unfortunately it looks like she has had both knee surgery and leg/ankle surgery in the past few months, sidelining her pro aspirations:

I am so sorry to hear that, and I feel bad for Paulina. Although, I do not know the whole story of the fall out that she had with CB her last year playing for us, but I am sure her dad made things worst. I hope she has a speedy and healthy recovery. She is still part of the UNC family in my book. I wish her nothing but the best moving forward. Go Heels!
