This is the kind of player who made Garrison seem to disappear from the court before our very eyes. To call this an upgrade at the back-up center spot is an understatement.

If Parrish and Norlander are right that Moreno is likely to return, it is hard to name many teams with a better 5 combination -- offensive skill, rebounding, power and intimidation.

I mean the last time we had an African big, he was the greatest Kentucky Rebounder of all time.

We love African born players here in Kentucky.

Thanks Oscar!!!! 🤍💙
They certainly have a better work ethic than a.lot of American players. Just hope this dude can stay healthy. I don't want to hear excuses anymore when we keep recruiting injury prone players.

Didn't even realize he was African. I've been defending him to my buddies saying 25 is no way too old to be playing basketball. But African "25" could easily be 43.
Wow super “funny”.

Also I’m tired of people acting like him being 25 should automatically exclude him from playing in college bro was injured what you want him to do.

He at least looks the part. Hopefully he didn’t trip and hurt himself again.

Wrap that dude in bubble wrap ASAP.

Franck Kepnang (Cameroon) and Ousmane N'Diaye (Senegal) this season are both from Africa.
Yes, as reported above, the last team with a pair of Africans was 2022-23 with Oscar Tshiebwe (Congo) and Ugonna Oyenso (Nigeria).
