Chen’s decision to transfer to Carolina will make him the team’s 13th new offensive lineman of the offseason. To go with three high school signees and a junior college addition, Chen will be the ninth transfer portal blocker to join new offensive line coach Randy Clements’ room.

This increases the odds we can find 5 who can block and protect Sellers.
At least not with the staff that had been in place.
It is a gamecock axiom that every time a coach is replaced, the previous coach was terrible. This site was full of praise for the great recruiting of OL talent the last few years.
We had great recruiting stats. They then fell flat when they hit the field. Imo, it was either coaching or evaluation at that point.
We're screwed. Everyone knows it takes years for an OL to gel.
