Play it again Sam! Didn’t we just have this conversation? Already answered. There’s always been a fringe on the Right wing who are unabashedly antisemitic that sometimes are traditionally bigoted as in hook nosed Jews control the money supply, Hollywood, etc and then there are some who hide mostly behind anti- Israel criticism like Tucker Carlson but the mask always comes off sooner or later
And Donald Trump intentionally and knowingly gives people with white supremacist views and ideology high-level positions in his administration? Why would he do that?

No one cares is why. In NYC this past week there were masked thugs dressed as Hezbollah assaulting and intimidating Jewish citizens outside of a synagogue. Did it even make national news? Barely. If it were Blacks or anyone else being targeted, it would have been Skokie, Illinois revisited

Even when you make what is by your standards a polite invitation for a good faith debate, you couldn’t help but include the words lazy and ill-informed in literally the first sentence.

After your posts about the latest assassination attempt, it’s hard to imagine that any poster here could have a good faith debate with you about anything, let alone Trump. As for Dirt’s posts being ignored, it could have something to do with the fact that the Joe Kent/corruotion etc has already been discussed and I can’t imagine anything useful would come out of further coverage. He is platforming a known white nationalist because it suits his narrative. The Iran war is at a stalemate. When new developments emerge, I may or may not respond depending on how busy I am that day and on whether or not his commentary is something I haven’t already addressed in another venue.

Shabbat Shalom!
I've said worse and you've excused worse, but clutch them pearls harder.

As for lazy and ill-informed, read the rest of the sentence. If you are repeating incorrect information about me, personally, after having been corrected multiple times, you're no longer just wrong -- you're a MLing liar. I'm not going to "both sides" that.

Here's what makes me laugh today...

The only Republicans speaking out are the ones who have already announced their retirements, but good on Tillis for saying what needs to be said. More Republicans need to grow spines and push back on the incompetence. The damage Trump and Hegseth are doing to our military will take years to repair, if it can ever be fully repaired at all. This administration has single handedly ended the U.S.’s post World War II dominance that we’ve maintained for the last 80 years.

Now do Biden’s administration withdrawal from Afghanistan.

What incorrect information have I repeated? Please elaborate. Your posts are there for everyone to see. Enough with the pearl clutching sh- already. Wasn’t funny the first time.
As for your meme, to proactively block your predictable excuse that criticism of Israel isn’t antisemitic, while that’s true up to a point, but in this particular case when you’re in a combative conversation with a Jewish person about an unrelated topic, and at the end you post an anti Israel meme as if it’s the ultimate mic drop, well let’s just say that you continue to dig a new bottom for yourself.

Singlehandedly? Uh, last time I checked Russia invaded Ukraine when Biden was President. That was a huge blow to US dominance long before the 24 election. All those troops in Germany. For what exactly? Were they expecting Holland to invade? I know after WW2 no one wanted to see Germany rearm so we did the heavy lifting for decades as we have for Japan. It’s been 80 years. Time to cut the cord.

Trump shouldn’t have halted the 4,000 troop deployment to Poland, however. Those additional troops make strategic sense right now although if a handful of them were ever killed in an actual conflict the Left would be demanding that they come home ASAP. The Dems live in fantasy land where America can remain the top dog without any sacrifice whatsoever. What would happen if Russia invaded Poland? Does anyone in this enlightened age have the stones to do anything about it?
We’ve seen Trump’s decision making decline greatly this admin as he replaced experienced establishment types in 45 with Fox News personalities and other assorted boot lickers in 47 like Frat Boy Patel and he was obv trying to get in Kristi Noem’s pants. She has a nice face but she’s dumb as a sack of hammers and shoots dogs. I’ll pass

I saw where 60 % of American adults read at or below a 6th grade level. Can’t read a newspaper or medication directions. As far as microwave instructions I guess they just have to wing it. A life condemned to Tik tok videos and childish Lord of the Rings memes.

Yet oddly enough, teachers’ unions donate well over a billion every year to progressive causes that have nothing to do with reading, writing, and ‘rithmetic. Not teachers’ salaries, not computers, not books. Less than 20% of minority males read at grade level when/ if they graduate high school. How is this not a national emergency?
Is it just too uncomfortable for people to talk about?

I told you to finish reading the sentence: "Contrary to the ill-informed, lazy claims of conservatives here, I am not a blind consumer of mainstream or/and monolithic media, including MSNBC on the Left and FoxNews on the right." I even put the key part in bold. Let me know if you need more help.

Yes, pearl-clutching is definitely not funny. So stop doing it.

lol liberals always playing the race card = supporters of Israel always playing the antisemitism card

I'll talk about it all day long any time you think you can handle it. First test, true or false: society's ills far more often manifest themselves in schools than are created in schools.

Thoughts?

Trump could teach Nancy Pelosi a thing or two about insider trading with the sheer scale and volume of the trades he’s making on a daily basis. $687 million in Q1 of this year alone. Not to mention he explicitly pumps those stocks on his social media to raise the value. Look at this one. He even included the ticker symbol (PLTR) to make it easier for people to find on the stock exchange, all while he’s already purchased the stock:

His entire second presidency is nothing more than a smash and grab operation to steal from the American people. And this is just one of many illegal grifts he and his family are involved in.

This isn't one sided. The left rips the right when the right has the power, and the right does the same when the left is in power. The sad reality is they are playing a game up there, and we are the ones who suffer. They (both sides) get rich, while many out here struggle. They talk the game when the camera is on, or when it's voting time. Once there? Not a chance.

The greatest thing they've been able to do is divide us out here. Read that line again. If you honestly think Trump is the reason things are bad, and life was great before him, you obviously haven't been paying attention for the last several decades, or you're too young. Trump is making mistakes, but EVERY president before him were making them too. This DC swamp many on the right have been talking about? It's bigger and deeper than we can even imagine.

There's too many powerful companies, people... for anything to get done fairly in DC. They don't represent the American people. What Party they are doesn't matter. That's a Fact.

So keep posting these memes, quotes... whatever showing Trump to be an idiot. All you're really doing is exactly what "they" want you to do.

All we are is a frog in the pot of water. For decades they have been slowly turning the temperature up. Over time, our a**e* are being cooked.

No president in American history has been as blatantly corrupt as President Trump. No president in American history has stolen more from American taxpayers than President Trump. Comparing the current looting of the U.S. Treasury to anything that has come before shows a complete lack of understanding of the scale of the corruption currently taking place.

Your pivot to the “both sides” talking point is notable because it reflects just how badly things are going in round two. Unfortunately, Trump’s corruption is completely unprecedented in American history, so comparisons to previous presidents and time periods simply do not hold up. It’s also important to highlight and discuss these actions if there’s ever going to be any hope of fixing the system in the future.

As for the rest of your post, I don’t disagree with a lot of what you said. However, Trump is directly responsible for everything happening in the country right now. He implemented the tariffs that have raised the price of goods across the board. He started a war with Iran that caused gas prices to spike, which then led to yet another round of price increases under his watch. His actions have also contributed to instability in the bond market, which creates even more upward pressure on prices.

A “both sides” argument should not and cannot absolve him of the historically terrible job he has done so far in his second term. And if that’s not clear today, it will be soon, because all of this is only going to get worse the longer he drags it out.

You just proved my point @DuckDevil , and it didn't take long. I heard a saying a few years ago, and it's not only true, it's spot on with our country. 1, Hard times create tough men. 2, Tough men create good times. 3, Good times create weak men. We have been at #3 for a while, probably the last 20 years or so. The mentality of many Americans prove this. We are spoiled, entitled, and soft, and it's not getting any better. Everything is someone else's fault.

There's a part of me that says some form of our economy, or something, has to almost crash, because we can't sustain where we are forever.

how about the 1.8 BILLION settlement ...you cant make this stuff up...WOW
It really is. He created a $1.8 billion slush fund that came directly from the U.S. Treasury to pay off and reward people who broke the law in his service, all without any oversight from Congress, which supposedly holds the power of the purse.

Of all the illegal things he’s done and normalized, I think this is one that will come back to haunt them in the future.

@BOOGIEMAN1914, they also slipped this little addendum in. A clear violation of the 14th amendment. I don’t think calling it corruption really does it justice. The scale is far beyond anything this country has seen before. The founders and the laws they created never envisioned that the country could elect someone like Donald Trump. A president willing to openly break laws and shatter long standing norms while Congress and the Supreme Court fail to hold him accountable.

The next president has to go after these people and hold them accountable if this country is going to survive. This behavior cannot be normalized. The only saving grace is how generally incompetent Trump and his administration are. The ones who come next might not be though. You have to set the tone now.

EDIT: This appears to be the actual language.

I know you're just being sarcastic with the media comment, but with what we've seen the last 8-10 years, and how bad the media got scorched on the backside of Biden's term, you can't possibly trust them. If you do, then yikes.

On the other note, due to this A.I. garbage, how can you know if what you're seeing online is true? The only way it might be true on tv is if it's live. If someone writes something down by way of pen and paper, it can be altered, but still be their handwriting. This could cause so many issues. If you can, forget party politics for a moment please.

So you're saying the news doesn't take portions out of what is said and twist it to fit their narrative? The msm would never do such a thing. They report, we decide, right? Because being credible is more important to them than pushing a narrative.

I've got some ocean front property in Tennessee for sale too.

I fact check everything I post. If something isn’t reported by multiple news networks, I don’t post it. I intentionally pick stories that Fox News and other right wing media networks hide from their viewers. You guys deserve to know the truth and when you’re being lied to. What you then do with that information doesn’t concern me. At least you were exposed to the truth, whether you want to believe it or not.

If you think I’m wrong about something, call it out and let’s have the debate. But we all know why you guys don’t do that anymore.

Great idea, Mr. President!

More from the same event, is he just delusional or is it dementia?

He seems to think that if he just keeps lying about the state of the economy, the Iran war, rising inflation, etc., it will all magically go away one day. The problem is you can’t hide gas prices. People drive past the signs every day. You can’t hide grocery store prices. People have to eat. No amount of lies can change what people experience in their everyday lives. As this gets worse, the pressure is only going to keep building.

Also, can we take a second to ask why his hands are literally rotting off his body? The White House has now put out that he’s on his third “dentist” visit of the year, which is strange considering the White House literally has a dentist office inside it. They’re obviously hiding some kind of health issue with the mangled hands, swollen ankles, and slurred speech. The American people deserve to know what’s really going on here. He’s about to be 80 after all.

Last, with the recent focus on Trump’s corruption and stock trading, let’s not forget this gem from Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson last year where he defended congressional stock trading. He argued that members of Congress need the extra money because they can’t support their families on the $174,000 salary and benefits they already receive. Meanwhile, the federal minimum wage is still just $7.25 an hour.

It's been nothing but witch hunt towards Trump since 2015. The truth you don't want to admit is he's not one of them, not a DC power player, and that makes them scared. I'm not saying the man is a saint, because he's far from it. I don't like a lot of what he says, and not sure about a few of his decisions. Time will tell on Iran, the tariffs... But, why don't either one of you ever show any anger over the many politicians, many from your side of the aisle, that go up there and become multi millionaires while in office? Why did the problems "only" start once he took office. Say what you want, and I'll say it again, you posted during Biden's term, but did nothing but spin better than a washing machine.

You're just like the many Duke fans that say nothing when Duke wins by 8, and shoots 15 or more free throws than their opponent, but you cry about the officiating the moment we lose and the other team shoots 10 more than our team does.

Our President is far, far more "one of them" than he is one of us. And he has used the power of the office of the President to enrich himself. He runs the most corrupt administration at least since President Harding in the 1920s, if not all time.

His lies about the economy and his health... those are two exact things y'all crucified President Biden for, and now you defend it. And it's not a "both sides" thing. There is a huge difference between President Biden's supporters downplaying his decline and President Trump's supporters boasting that he is the healthiest President the WH doctors have ever seen.
