Pages 179-180: "If you're planning to steal an election, you don't need to tamper with votes across the entire county, your simply pre-select the neighborhoods you need to steal votes from in order to win a majority. You tamper with 10 percent of the machines in the red neighborhoods (or blue).
When you prepare everything and it gets certified, you have what is called a hash signature. Those little flash cards are signed and approved, indicating you have presented every piece of software that is supposed to be there.
One thing you can do is you take those hash signature flash cards ahead of voting in a particular county you want to overturn and make one little mistake.
Let's say you're preparing a voting machine for November 5, 2024. The flash card needs to have exactly the same date, November 5, 2024, which is election day.
If you need to flip 20 percent of the votes in a particular area of the county, you record the date November 5, 2025, on 20 percent of the flashcards. You change 2024 to 2025. When you insert the flashcard on election day after a vote has been recorded, the machine will reject that flashcard and say it's not a flashcard for the correct year.
Say you're the county electoral commissioner, Joe. You see this and go into a panic. You call Dominion and say 20% of the machines aren't working. What the hell?
If I'm Dominion, I say: Joe, don't worry. My operations goofed. It was a problem with the number. We fixed it. We have a second batch of flashcards.
But the flashcards I bring to replace the original ones HAVEN'T BEEN AUDITED BY ANYONE. There's where I insert the script.
And by law, those flashcards get destroyed at the end of the process. So even if you're audited by CISA or any other organization, there's no record of how many votes were flipped. The evidence has been destroyed.

They're not going public yet with the SSA database that Elon Musk and the Doge Boys created that contain all the fake SS #'s that were removed from the system in 2025.
One of THE biggest reasons these states won't hand their voter rolls over willingly is that they know Harmeet is gonna run ALL the SS #'s on those voter rolls, and when she does, she's gonna get MILLIONS of hits where a fraudulent SS # was used to register a voter.
Remember, it was a MASSIVE JOB creating over 20 million genuine ballots mailed out to fake voters, filled out by NGOs and then mailed back in.
That was a MASSIVE investment of time, money, resources and personnel to pull that off. It did not happen overnight. A form of cheating they'd been using for over a decade and a half was MASSIVELY EXPANDED for 2020.
And they left a massive paper trail behind them. Not to mention, leaving the fake SS #'s in the SSA database for Elon and the Doge Team to find - and remove.
The Nevada Secretary of State's office was caught emailing the entire 2020 voter registration database and full voter rolls to a private business intelligence firm based in Lahore, Pakistan named Kavtech.
Kavtech has documented close ties to Pakistan's ISI, Inter-Services Intelligence, military, and interior ministry, raising serious foreign intelligence breaches in our elections. The reply email was carbon-copied (CC'd) to Waqas Butt, [email protected], CEO/co-founder of Kavtech Solutions Ltd.
Another incident caught a Michigan company sending information on 1.8 MILLION 2020 election poll workers to China. Their names, their children's names, their work, their address, finances, and even polling location schematics of the election precincts themselves.
CISA was also informed of 9 serious vulnerabilities, including backdoors, and internet connectivity within the Dominion voting machines and did absolutely nothing and continued to clear them for use in our elections in states across the country.

For years I have believed Trump's ultimate plan for his legacy is to both drain the DC swamp AND to pass Constitutional Amendments that will correct suicidal defects in some of our institutions... but I never saw exactly how he could accomplish that with so much resistance from both Dems and RINOs.
A way has suddenly become clear even if it would require Republicans to be more aggressive than they have been willing to be in the past, and it seems that Trump has already taken initial steps to set it up.There is a looming battle between certain states, and the federal government, over the issue of voter eligibility, and whether the states can be forced to comply with federal law.
Up to 30 states are currently dragging their feet, or outright refusing, to prove their voter rolls are compliant with federal requirements about citizenship, with many lawsuits pending.
Courts are so far refusing to block Trump Executive Order 14399 outright requiring states to verify federal election voter eligibility, and imposes requirements on the USPS for handling mail in ballots, however on 8 occasions lower courts have so far ruled against the DOJ trying to get voter rolls from California, Oregon, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, Arizona, Maine, Wisconsin. None of these cases have gone to the US Supreme Court yet.
If this Order is ultimately upheld, then it and existing federal election law, set up conditions where some state elections may be deemed invalid.
If the controversial idea of ending the Senate filibuster is often described as a "nuclear option", then what's coming in January 2027 and January 2029 could be both vastly more powerful and vastly more controversial, yet well within the constitutional power of Republicans at that time... because the Republican controlled House and Senate will have no obligation to accept the results of non-compliant state elections.
Let me repeat this point. If a state runs an election that is known to be non-compliant with federal election laws, then the House & Senate have the authority to CHOOSE NOT TO seat their respective new members until a new election is run that COMPLIES WITH THE LAW.

In today's highly polarized political climate ask yourself... what factors would encourage Republicans to seize this power sitting in their hands, versus what factors would encourage them to dilute their own power and swear their ideological enemies into office? Many arguments and counter arguments are possible for those trying to predict what Republicans WILL do. I am merely showing what they may be in a position to do.
By a simple majority vote the U.S. House may refuse to seat any new Representative from states that will not comply.These 30 states have about 280 House Reps up for election in 2026... so the number of sworn in Representatives could legally drop as low as 155 in 2026. Republicans would control an air tight Super Majority until the problem states can hold new special elections that comply with the law. (unrealistic extreme case)
Only 78 House Reps would be needed for simple majority vote business in 2027. IN 2027 ONLY 104 WOULD BE NEEDED TO APPROVE A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT OUT OF THE SENATE.
By a simple majority vote the U.S. Senate may refuse to seat any new Senator from states that will not comply.These same 30 states have about 30 Senators up for election with roughly 15 in 2026 and 15 in 2028... so the number of sworn in Senators could legally drop to 85 in 2026 and 70 in 2028. Again, Republicans would control an air tight Super Majority until the problem states can hold new special elections that comply with the law. (unrealistic extreme case)
Only 43 Senators would be needed for normal majority vote business in 2027, and only 36 in 2029. IN 2027 ONLY 57 WOULD BE NEEDED TO APPROVE A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT OUT OF THE SENATE.
The numbers above are extreme and it would certainly not play out that way. Some states will comply rather than risk their members of Congress not being sworn in, and being unable to vote. Some states have stated they will NOT comply, and those states are all Democrat controlled... so it becomes pretty obvious that any members of Congress not seated are going to cause the balance of control to swing strongly towards Republicans.
After January 3, 2027 the Trump admin could have a Super Majority in House and Senate. They can pass regular legislation unopposed and even Constitutional Amendments that would still need to be ratified by 38 States before they can take effect.But let's be realistic about something that concerns us all. Even with a clear path to seize a powerful majority and force states to run compliant elections... will Republicans do it?
The hope needed might be found in the newer more fired up slate of Congress already lining up for 2026 elections. Redistricting is already expanding Republican leads in the House. Many powerful RINOs are on their way out.
But ultimately YOU are the only thing that can make Congress have the spine required to seize this opportunity. Clearly Trump is teeing it up to make this possible. The Republic is being given a chance to save itself, and needs to step up.
When they show you what it was possible for a 'Hidden Shadow Election-Rigging Network' to pull off within our current electronic & very very NON-transparent election systems...
...when they show you in graphic detail with a ton evidence what they were able to do with just FIVE counties - count'em...1, 2,3,4,5...FIVE COUNTIES out of over 3,000....
...flipping the outcome of the 2020 Presidential race from the real winner - who won by A LOT, by the way! - to the actual LOSER...

The rule doesn’t decide who gets to vote. It doesn’t touch state voter rolls. It just says that if a state wants to use the federal mail system to deliver and collect federal ballots, the envelopes need to carry the same kind of tracking information the Postal Service already uses for everything else. The technology isn’t new ... plenty of blue states and progressive election officials have been using intelligent mail barcodes for years. The Brennan Center even acknowledged it’s already common practice in many places.
So why the sudden panic when it becomes a uniform, enforceable standard?
Because once you can actually reconcile how many ballots went out against how many came back, you remove the ability to pretend the system is airtight when it isn’t. The people most furious about adding a basic paper trail are the ones who benefited most from not having one. Their reaction isn’t about protecting voters.
