American taxpayers were to pay to monitor outcomes of 700 transgender boys using condom, birth control, HIV testing and pregnancy rates

Democrats said this $1.3 million dollar grant was needed because it address “health equity” and structural discrimination

I think it was all money laundering, and so did Donald Trump who thankfully cancelled the grant.

Unfortunately they were able to spend $697,912 of the grant before Trump terminated it..
