It’s not ideal. But can’t complain about his pitching. If he keeps it up, we’ll get 6 out of him with hopefully no runs. That’s a win every Friday night for what you want out of your starter…
Lefties have had great ABs for the most part. Three XBHs, an RBI groundout, 2 rockets for outs by Hull and one by Paulsen. Wonder if this guy has extreme platoon splits.
Glad that hynek is ok. Also happy it was his forearm and not his hand like I thought it was when he got hit.

Hull has had two homers (last year vs. St. Bonaventure) in one game but never in two consecutive games...until now

This is reminiscent of what they did last year in game 1 against us, I felt sorry for the kid they threw.
