Rate my pancake..an homage to AFM22

I post this as a bring over from HROT but am using it to tell you I’ve discovered how to make the best pancakes ever had at non restaurant. But still better than most restaurants.

I used the pancake mix but added a Lime yogurt to butter up the milk and added whatever the mix called for.

I cooked them by doing the method in the video but added a ton of butter to each pot/ pan for the crispy edges. They were so good. Took a pic of one…
