since most mid-majors are becoming a updated version of jucos where players transfer in to rehabilitate their image or one year mercenaries are brought, how do these programs develop long term loyalty when no one stays around long enough to become familiar to the fanbase?

We need to be consistently good by 2032 or so when the ACC grant of rights nears expire so that we end up on the right side of the divide or face permanent relegation.

I think you should realize what college basketball is. One one stays much more than one year anywhere.
He's expressing frustration at where college athletics have gone. He is justly aggravated at it, and there are solutions to the problem, they just involve congress. I think somebody else is being an asterisk word besides acrow..
