We all need a few write offs.
I’m holding forever. Either going to zero, going to 100, or getting bought.
We all need a few write offs.
Probably since I just put some fresh money to work today. Bought ARM and ETN …and more Amazon.KORU with a big interday down turn.
Obviously as a leveraged it will be volatile, but wonder if we are not at pinnacle here.
I meant KORU specifically. Up 1200% over the last year.Probably since I just put some fresh money to work today. Bought ARM and ETN …and more Amazon.
I keep wanting to buy software but haven't had the guts yet. NOW, TOST, and probably PLTR.Software with a nice bounce today.
The cyber defense companys have been on a pretty nice run the last month.
That might be wear money should be put to work.
I guess we all should have buy after the restructuring! But plenty of room to run if the business turns around. Remember.....but high and sell higher.Love when I get blown out on a bankrupt stock only for it to restructure and jump from .40 to $45
There will be huge winners in software but really hard to tell which ones. Doesn’t make sense that companies will rip out and replace with in-house. Then again, software pricing will never be the same and most will have slower growth at least in short term.I keep wanting to buy software but haven't had the guts yet. NOW, TOST, and probably PLTR.
The space race stocks are crazy
This has been a crypto chat stock for a while. I do my very best to stay away from them. For every one like this there are 10 that crater and don’t come backI had a friend tell me about this in December of 23 when it was around $16/share. I didn't buy, didn't buy, didn't buy, and finally bought at $60. The stock promptly fell to $40 and sat there for a couple months, i figured i missed it, and sold it all for a loss.
It instantly shot back up to 80+.... brutal

I feel you. Had similar experience with FLY. I basically sold at the bottom.I had a friend tell me about this in December of 23 when it was around $16/share. They need to change the name to ‘RocketLab Finitecrypto AI’ and only then does it go to the moon!I had a friend tell me about this in December of 23 when it was around $16/share. Up 23% on Friday.KORU with a big interday down turn.
Obviously as a leveraged it will be volatile, but wonder if we are not at pinnacle here.
No suggestions as it’s not my realm but congrats. Living between San Diego and Camp Pendelton, I have a lot of neighbors with similar profiles and it’s fascinating to see the different directions they go in.Just passed my SIE exam. What to do next? Background: I’m 61 and looking to do work in finance as a late stage career change after 30 plus years in military, govt and contractor support work. Suggestions?

If I knew what an SIE is I'd be of more help.Just passed my SIE exam. What to do next? Background: I’m 61 and looking to do work in finance as a late stage career change after 30 plus years in military, govt and contractor support work. Suggestions?
I remember INDI. It was on my watchlist for a while, but never bought it. If it's not pumping now, I assume the business still hasn't turned the corner?I've watched semiconductor maker INDI since they came public post covid.
After a big revenue run up into 2023, reaching as high as $70 mil per quarter, those rev's have come back down into the $50's. Not surprisingly the stock price has come down with it. Once a $10 stock not long after coming public(probably via spac) it went as low as $2.50. But it does seem to have found a floor, and currently trading in the $4's.
Revenue as of now is expected to begin ramping back up. The average rev expectations of 7 analysts have rev in the high $70's by the 4th qtr. And average qtrly rev's in the $90's next year(only 6 anaylsts). "Volume shipments have commenced for vision processors to major OEMs like NIO, with vision revenue expected to scale significantly throughout 2026." says google AI.
Still not profitable, but hoping to turn green in 2027(and potentially non-gaap positive next qtr). Fairly cheap on price to sales at 4.5x, as well as price to book at 2.5x.
More Google AI: "Execution Risk: Large design wins require substantial operational scaling; any delays in the radar or vision ramps could cause the company to miss its ambitious growth targets"
So the pins are lined up for INDI. They just need to knock them down.
I may buy some here just to get a foot in the door, but above $5 may be sign a that the stock has attained lift off.
Nope.I remember INDI. It was on my watchlist for a while, but never bought it. If it's not pumping now, I assume the business still hasn't turned the corner?
Is it entirely dependent on auto industry?Nope.
But poised to? That is the question.
How long does someone typically want to hold Koru?Up 23% on Friday.

Forgot to mention. Bought TOST Jan 2028 leaps at Friday's close. Just a lottery ticket in case JB is right about them!WTI again pressing against $100.

Time for IONQ calls? The market definitely feels a little meme'y.Is the quantum trade back on?
I am going to have a ton of money coming to me this Friday as I am going to let my covered calls on ALAB and CRWV get called. I might save the money for future trades. The market has already gotten too far extended.Time for IONQ calls? The market definitely feels a little meme'y.![]()
And still a “cheap” stock.Micron is a machine right now with no signs of slowing down it seems. Not sure if there is a hotter stock. Sadly I never got in it.
I know QBTS is running nicely. My very small position has grown into a modest positionIs the quantum trade back on?
