If defense is limited and they call fouls which should be called then that means more scoring which is a more exciting product, which they should want. If teams want to foul out all of their players to hang on to the old way of things then let them foul out and eventually get cut from the league.

Do you really want to watch all star type games all season? 140-130 is not exciting.

I don’t accept it is either pistons bad boys or else all star game defense. But accepting that false choice, I will opt for scoring and good passing rather than watching people grab, hit, claw, hip check, and shove each other.

All they need to do is call the more blatant calls and it will be fine. No need to call everything like they’re doing in the preseason.

No bc that game happened directly after they played CC. It’s pretty common for the winning team to give credit to the losing team after the game.
