Bleh, looks like it's gonna be one of those "swing at the pitches in the dirt" night when we get runners on base. Hope we start seeing his spin soon.

Maybe, and this'll probably be famous last words, but I thought the strike zone was pretty good in that 1st. Really tired of bad home plate umpiring.
I think backwards k was lower than the one I was talking about.

Well now State has only struck out 6 times in the first 11ABs. It’s not the K’s that hurt. It’s the first pitch or second pitch easy outs that hurt because you give this guy a chance to pitch deep. Since it was established 45 games ago that State batters couldn’t hit breaking pitches, and through 21 1/3 SEC games, State has averaged 2 runs scored before the 6th inning, seems they are right on schedule.

these guys are absolutely going to swing at the pitchers out pitch. Do they no go over scouting reports before games? This is kind of embarrassing for a Top 10 team that doesn’t understand the meaning of adjustments.
