It is now. Huge corn fields support way more deer than virgin forests. Are there more deer in America now or 150 years ago. I was always told now?

I posted the link and as soon as I did it disappeared. Very interesting if true.
Many smaller bears are killed and eaten by larger bears. Other, usually smaller, die of starvation because of over population.Speaking for yourself? Or just going for hyperbole?
There are plenty of vegetarians, vegans, and raw vegans. There are whole religions that hold a sacred place for cows.
There is a reason you see more plant-based proteins in the supermarkets.
Many have seen "Food, Inc" and been affected by it (or the more recent "73 Cows").
Personally, I am not a fan of paid trophy hunts (or even planted bird hunts), even as I was raised by an avid PA hunter. It just doesn't seem right to take such a long-lived magnificent creature from such remote location, that was simply living its life.
Okay. Still I don't see how this correlates to the social media trophy hunt that was posted. Many smaller bears are killed and eaten by larger bears. Other, usually smaller, die of starvation because of over population.
Who is moderating the moderators??Why are you polluting the hunting thread with this?
Are you MSU?Again, conservation of what from what?
And how did that apply to Alaskan wilderness?
Is it conservation through preservation against loss of habitat caused by man? I don't think effectively so much.
What % of federal tax on hunting ammunition goes to conservation of hunted animals (i.e. actually protecting them in the wild)? What form does that conservation take? How much goes to put and take fish hatcheries that have nothing to do with hunting?
Do you consider supporting recreational hunting/shooting conservation? Do you realize monies are apportioned using a formula that considers the number of licensed hunters?
It sure looks to be just buttering its own bread to me.
Conservation didn't save the passenger pigeon. Hunting licenses started being sold in the late 1800s. Passenger pigeon becomes extinct in 1914.
I had really appreciated the civil discord, and lack of name calling, up to this point. Are you MSU?
