He also told us when someone tells you it's "free", 'ya better watch how much they end up taking from you!

I believe it is increasingly clear to me that the DOJ has in evidence messages from Comey to others about his Instagram post at issue here. His book “FDR Drive” was published 5 days after the post. Comey got a lot of free media attention leading up to that book release. A plot in that book is about coded stochastic remarks by the antagonist using coded messaging to incite followers to commit acts of violence against political enemies. I wonder what he might have messaged his publisher about the post. “This is good publicity”? “This is great for sales”? “This is a lot like my book”? Who else might he have messaged the same? Lawyers? Friends? FBI and DOJ buddies? Media? All would be admissible evidence of willful intent and conscious disregard of an objective threat. It would show knowledge that “8647” could be perceived as a threat. A “true threat”! This isn’t a case anchored by a beach walk photo. This is a case carefully constructed by the DOJ with the foundation being the post-Insta actions of a former FBI Director, a former US Attorney who took down mob bosses, an author of a book (where stochastic terrorism is a theme), and a man with a million followers and fans who is, IMHO, too smart by half! Comey knew exactly what he was posting! (NOTE: the 871/875 charges do NOT require ANY desire or ability to carry out the threat, but only that the post would reasonably be perceived as a threat!)
