My anger isn't necessarily about losing Stokes. It's more about 3 years of our coaching staff having to take their 3rd and 4th options, even though we have more NIL money than 99% of teams. Something is severely wrong with this.
How about we focus on the guy who needs to be fired? Nobody cares that Stokes isn't coming, we care that Pope is so dumb he couldn't see that and got drug along for a year and didn't have a backup plan.

Is it wrong to say I hope we put a competitive team on the floor next year???
Ugh. I'm not even upset right now. I'm kinda numb. Barring a coaching miracle next season, I can't imagine a UK standard season next year. And, if that's the case, Mark has to go.
I grew tired of Stoops antics toward the end and canceled my season football tix last year after having them for 17 seasons. I feel bad for the BB season ticket holders next year.
Either Pope makes a tremendous turn around or we get a new coach. I'm betting on a new coach. Hope I'm wrong.
