doesn’t matter, play the long game and self will be gone soon and the phags can get a taste of contemporary coaching searches. Only to end up with that in house guy.

Kansas basketball is to coaches as the green bay packers are to quarterbacks.

Pope is so confident that he'll get him he's going fishing today with the #1 recruit in 2027. Which tells me two things:

1. Stokes is a jayhawk.
2. The #1 2027 recruit will have us off his list in less than 24 hours after an intense discussion of Andy Griffith show and whether Barney was a good deputy sheriff.

Have to agree. Pope “hyping up” 2027 kid is his way of trying to soften the blow of him looking bad, again.
