I’ve hated him his entire career but I admit it’s very impressive. I fully believe he’s on some sort of performance enhancer and it doesn’t even matter. If that’s all it took to dominate at 41 then it wouldn’t be that rare.
Hate is probably too strong a word but I’ve actively rooted against him his entire career. Well except the finals where the Cavs beat Golden State. And that was more about the rest of the team and just the city of Cleveland finally getting a championship rather than LeBron. As far why it’s as simple as I’ve just never liked him and I don’t like all the flopping he’s so famous for.

He doesn’t really dominate anymore. What makes him not as good as Jordan makes him still effective. He’s more of a team guy and not as much alpha male. He can still dominate a few games here and there.
He’s a lot more Scottie than Michael. But his endurance is wild. No insult to say he’s the second best player ever.

As for him flopping, I can't bring myself to care too much since I would then need to be outraged at like 100 other players who have flopped just as much, dramatized just as much, and complained to refs just as much during James' time in the NBA.

he’s a great player. I don’t think he’s a very likable person. He’s provided lots of examples besides the decision.
He, Harden, and SGA took flopping to a whole new level and the whining until he gets a call gets out of hand sometimes. One of the greatest players ever but I still don’t like him.
