Maybe, but they aren't subjected to the same rules. His is a question of morality. Her's is a question of both morality and business ethics. She likely has contract clauses saying she can't do what she is accused of doing. That's the difference.

It has become more acceptable for the man to do cheat on his wife , but the woman cheating on her man is the one that receives the scorn.
When both the people involved in an affair are married , the women has most of the insults thrown her way

which of them relative to their JOB would you say caused a greater conflict of interest issue? could their relationship affect the coach's ability to do his job moreso or equal to a reporter's job? a reporter whose job is to break stories, dig for info? could the coach use the reporter to plant something for misdirection purpose in regards to frees agents, trades, etc?
