Yeah - lots of nervous college seniors during the televised draft lottery. Me … I was always going “in” as my Dad fought in the pacific and both granddads fought in France & Belgium in WWI. Like Bo said: “it’s what we do”. Truth be known, serving in the USMC was a duty and honor.

I work with a guy who served in the Marines. He makes me jealous when he talks about how much fun using belt-fed machine guns is

So who's left?

Provo, Echemendia, Shapero, Jaxon Smith, AJ

Any other potential difference makers?

In defense of the HR guys (did I really just write that?), Willie had said that Zepeda made more sense at Iowa than at Michigan, based on better lineup fit. Then of course the HR crew fed off Willie's statement.
I said all along he's a Michigan lean . His brother Moses Mendoza will be a freshman this year as well. I can see Catrabone going up and he fits in at 157 with Lemley 149.

Hats off to you guys. 👍 A lot of us posting here were a bunch of long haired, hippie kind of pinko f@gz. 😆

And we even voted for George McGovern for President!
Hmm. If you don’t post with more pride (🏳️‍🌈?), the moderators might make you post under PbSurfer. 😀

And a lot of us weren't born yet.
You missed it (born in 60s and too young for Nam that is). Growing up in the latchkey kid era was great. Playing unstructured games with friends until the sun went down and mom yelled down the street that dinner was ready. Badass music of all sorts on the radio. Muscle cars

I used to operate an M-60 for nightly public live fire exercises at Camp Lejeune. Running off a 250 round belt with tracers is right up there in the list of life’s joys. Cleaning “the Pig” after each show was another matter. I always laughed when I saw Rambo firing an M-60. With the belt, that thing weighs 40 lbs and kicks like a mule. Hell, even Matt Brown (75th Ranger Regiment) wouldn’t be able handle “the Pig” standing up.
