Let's pick it up guys. Other schools would be in the millions of dollars by now. So many of us complain that Sha isn't getting the players we want him to get. See Rutgers just signing Will Sydnor for example. A player we wanted but simply were outbid for his services. He would have been a starting PF for us, but we could not afford him. Maybe just another $200-300K would have made the difference.

We all have to do better if we want to be more than just an afterthought in the Big East.

There's still time as we are now recruiting size. But more than that we want quality size and that's where we can help.

Please give if you can. No amount is too small.

My law school class (not SHU) had 147 people (of 334 total) donate last year. Have to do better than 900 people across an entire school for every class year! (Not apples-to-apples b/c not all those donations were on giving day, of course--but still!)

I "only" see $246,000 to Men's Basketball Revenue Share.....yes that will get the match, but we need to do better than this...

That's my point. If we were say Providence this figure would be millions and million of more dollars.

Not everyone wants to support their basketball program(s), and I understand that. But if you're a regular on this board you know the score. That's why I do not understand from those here re the lack of supporting a sport that is obviously important to you. Otherwise you wouldn't be on this board.

I believe that is without the matches....correct? because the Men's basketball fund clearly met the match, but those dollars were not reflected

I believe we need $31,000 to get to $1.31 Million for MBB Rev Share in total with both matches

Currently at $380,188 and $68K is from today. That is without the 2 separate matches..

200k yesterday matched 4 to 1 (+800k)
112k yesterday no match
68k today 1 to 1 match (+68k)

So our total with match is $1.248 Million with another $32,000 in 1to 1 match available with 6 hours remaining.

Looks like $1.343 Million to Rev Share with the 900k in matches plus another 218k to Pirate Blue. Probably about $1.5 Million to Men's Basketball. That's a solid amount but only 202 donors to Rev Share and 129 to Pirate Blue is terrible.

Between the stms and non stms on these boards, it’s unfathomable to only have about 300 donors. Can’t believe there are only 300 or so who would donate from those audiences. Communication/outreach has to be part of the problem

Most Pirate Blue fans are giving all year long in many of the fundraisers $1,000 for Bay Head Yacht Club, etc.
