Have a hearty base left as well. Should be skiing for awhile yet if anyone still wants to go make some turns. Kudos to them for cranking the snow all winter to build that slope up and staying open so late into spring.

Pretty sure I saw they just made snow.

They did earlier this week. Was plenty cold enough with a decent bulb factor to make snow. Wouldn't be surprised if they try and make it to Memorial Day.
It’s 70 degrees in Tannersville today. 60’s tomorrow.

Camelback has been open since 1963. The latest date ever for skiing was April 9th. They moved a lot of snow from dying trails to Cliffhanger. Open tomorrow, check out the webcam. Rather be there than work.

They still have a big base on that slope. They could be open a few more weekends if they want to be.

Meh. It’s Camelback.
My entire career was in the ski industry. I got my start at Camelback during the period 1967-69. I've been fortunate enough to have skied from the summits of probably over 90% of the best ski resorts in New England and the American West --- and my only serious injury was at Camelback in 1969 on their Rocket trail. Take it easy on the meh :)

Camelback is trying to be the PA version of Killington’s Superstar “glacier.” I admire the idea.
