Winter wheat planting window closed around the time Endene wrestled his last match
Sadly I don’t believe they will be wrestling in front of 15 thousand people in Carver in the foreseeable future. Still more fans than almost every school out there but IMO it’s going to probably go down again next year.Kind of annoying that when Iowa wresting is involved in a transfer battle that the only thing ever mentioned is money vs “other supposed good reason”.
it couldn’t possibly be that Zepeda is interested in wresting in front of 15k or for a program that has tradition, or a program that consistently finishes above Michigan.
As though Michigan is only paying him with the love of his family. It’s such a stupid and tired narrative. Low hanging fruit and lazy thought process.
Doesn’t help when they jack the prices up 30% every yearSadly I don’t believe they will be wrestling in front of 15 thousand people in Carver in the foreseeable future. Still more fans than almost every school out there but IMO it’s going to probably go down again next year.
I think alot of people sober up the next morning and hope like hell their seeds didn't germinate. No one want to fail at sowing their wild oats.
So the athletic director see’s ticket sales going down, and thinks I know how to sell more tickets, jack the price up! Or just thinks I’ll make up the revenue difference by soaking the loyal fans still showing up. Either way sucks.Doesn’t help when they jack the prices up 30% every year
You make it seem like Iowa is the only team wrestling at national duals that gets punished seeding wise. Regardless, backing out of an awesome events like this because of possibly being scared it might hurt a wrestlers seed is the biggest chicken **** excuse possible and one of the big reasons this sport is losing entertainment value at an alarming rate.National duals doesn't make sense for Iowa as long as the seeding criteria doesn't better reward strength of schedule. We already have the toughest schedule.
Calm your panties down. I said that maybe one reason why Iowa or other teams don't go there. I used Iowa as an example, but there are several teams out there that wrestle nobody all year and get great seeds. So it wouldn't be surprising that several of those teams want to avoid this tournament. I wish every team competed in it.You make it seem like Iowa is the only team wrestling at national duals that gets punished seeding wise. I give major props to DT last year after Locket beat Mikey at duals, he could’ve sat him out of the meet later in the year to protect his seed but sent him out to wrestle anyways. After Lockets horrible showing at nationals it’ll be interesting to see if DT keeps that mindset of not protecting a seed; I sure as hell hope he keeps sending guys out to wrestle tough matches cause it’s a breath of fresh air seeing a coach not pu$$yfoot around tough matchups.
You didn’t say one reason they might not go, you said “it doesn’t make sense for Iowa” you were making a pu$$y excuse for them not to attend. In the meantime I’ll have your mom unbunch my panties.Calm your panties down. I said that maybe one reason why Iowa or other teams don't go there. I wouldn't have any idea if Iowa is or isn't going, and if they don't the reason could be due to finals or any other factors. I just threw out one reason didn't know I needed to go into detail with every particular reason and every team. Psycho

I'm not sure what the percentage is but there has been a steady increase over the past couple years.First, fake news is fake.
Second...that's not the problem.
It’s not the root cause, but sure doesn’t do anything positive to encourage more ticket purchases when you combine it with the deeper problems.First, fake news is fake.

Tom seemed pretty psyched up about this tournament and the cash you can earn, so I’m sure avoiding his guys having tough matches has nothing to do with it. Probably our administration stepping in if it’s at finals time. I’m disappointed it’s not earlier like last year. Hard to get good match ups with teams and individuals that early. You make it seem like Iowa is the only team wrestling at national duals that gets punished seeding wise. She doesn't like little b*tches. Maybe your boyfriend can find a clothespin and touch you down there for the first time in years. You didn’t say one reason they might not go, you said “it doesn’t make sense for Iowa” you were making a pu$$y excuse for them not to attend. A clothespin?? That sounds quite specific and arbitrary at the same time. Personal experience? She doesn't like little b*tches. Maybe your boyfriend can find a clothespin and touch you down there for the first time in years.
I Googled what's the best way to get a boyfriend to touch tittymans panties. Google said tittyman was a ****** bi*tch, and her only option was to buy him a clothespin to block the smell.A clothespin?? That sounds quite specific and arbitrary at the same time. Personal experience?![]()
Ya idk the actual percentage, but they’ve gone up a lot in a very short amount of time. You’re just doing your usual dumbass schtick. I dropped my tix because i didn’t feel like paying that much for a few good home duals, id imagine im not the only one.First, fake news is fake.
Second...that's not the problem.
Not gana lie you had me laughing with the first part but then you lost me with the clothespin stuff. She doesn't like little b*tches. Maybe your boyfriend can find a clothespin and touch you down there for the first time in years.
Ya idk the actual percentage
No. What I said was Snyder had plateaued at tOSU, and Cunningham has been with Cael his entire coaching career, or nearly all of it. I was responding to someone who called them front-running cowards. They also said Zain and Varner, which is absolutely laughable too.You think Carl/PSU made Snyder and Cunningham?
I couldn't care less about Cael or PSU. I'm a glutton for punishment...MU fan. I also don't have a deep-rooted hatred for him, like most Iowa fans. He's really good at coaching wrestling. That's undeniable.Wow the Carl nut tuggers live in a different reality.
You don't speak for most Iowa fansI couldn't care less about Cael or PSU. I'm a glutton for punishment...MU fan. I also don't have a deep-rooted hatred for him, like most Iowa fans. He's really good at coaching wrestling. That's undeniable.
You're absolutely right, and I don't want to. However, it's pretty obvious I was right about Cael based on reading comments in this forum over the years. You don't speak for most Iowa fans
It was deja vu for us old-timers;Lee going down to Purdue boy was horrible. Probably my worst Iowa loss ever!! I so wanted Lee to get 4!!
Some of them get special exemptions for sudden learning disabilities by court order to remain eligible.Do they even go to school at OSU?
Don’t interrupt the conversation with portal talk on a portal thread. But seriously, I’m wondering what’s taking him so long. Does he have a bidding war going. If he was hell bent to wrestle with his brother it should have been a done deal a while ago.Back to recruiting, any news on Zepeda?
Could be. Or, just maybe, DT saw Lockett vs Caliendo as maximizing OkSt's chance to flip the NDI dual loss.... I give major props to DT last year after Locket beat Mikey at duals, he could’ve sat him out of the meet later in the year to protect his seed but sent him ...
Aw. Did you get your feelings hurt? Nerd.then take your dumb a$$ to their site

What are season tickets now? What were they 3 years ago? Now **** off dumbassWe know.
At least we made them pay.Zepeda to Michigan
Tough break. Good luck to him.Zepeda to Michigan
At least we made them pay.
Don’t forget, it also would have cost Iowa all of its 2027 and 2028 recruits.Tough break. Good luck to him.
Nope, he was only going to Iowa for money. He's actually paying to go to Michigan.![]()
It’s been said that he was going to Michigan ever since he hit the portal. Maybe was just trying to make it interesting; but I’m fine with this. Maybe Sergio L. is going down to 141 to make room or he he’s battling it out with Cam C. at 157.Zepeda to Michigan
Our next stop was the 7/11 so cut us some slack.ISU board is celebrating monster portal additions today.
Ayden Smith, who finished 8th in the B1G and went 0-2 at the NCAAs.
Rin Sakamoto, who has a career 0-3 record. Majored by Ayala two years ago, and last season went winless against UNI and IUE's backups.
Huge gets for a fan base that believes they're a wrestling "blue blood."
I’m sure Grice will man the 133 spot next year. Our next stop was the 7/11 so cut us some slack.
Catrabone looked big last year I could see him going 165It’s been said that he was going to Michigan ever since he hit the portal. Maybe was just trying to make it interesting; but I’m fine with this. Maybe Sergio L. is going down to 141 to make room or he he’s battling it out with Cam C. at 157.
Excited to see our future commits battle against him. Israel Borge is gooooooood![]()
