With College programs having an NIL Budget now, someone with experience managing salaries will become important. We will never be a program that has the largest budget.

No, manage a player's demands and assess whether they are worth it. Like it or not, College Football and Basketball are professional sports. Have to manage your NIL Budget like a Salary Cap.
