I think they are making a similar mistake to us last season, signing what is perceived to be the best they can without paying attention to playing styles and how each player fits the team mold. They've bagged a few guys but most don't fit Kelsey's system at all. I don't see them as the threat most here act like they will be. They will end up about the same as their team this year did IMO.

But what does it really mean? The Dodgers are just outspending every other team and buying Championships. It really doesn’t mean anything. The NFL, NBA, and NHL all have salary caps, so teams are somewhat on an even level playing field, so, when you win a title in those three sports, you’ve accomplished something.

those sports have player unions you can negotiate Collective bargaining agreements with. UK spent $22 million last year. So money doesn't always equal championships

MoD averaged more point per game in the same minutes and his offense was atrocious. This guy was skilled at a lower level that didn’t translate when he went to Iowa, on paper sure he is skilled but the reality is last season he was a bust. Stats don’t lie, opinions do though.

He was the 6th man on an 13 loss Iowa team and only started 1 game. The exact type player people on here crushed us for getting last year and now little brother gets that type guy and suddenly they are getting everybody blah blah, the double standards are wild just to fit the narrative they want.

Iowa's offense had the slowest pace of play in the Country last year which effects offensive stats. They also played him a lot at Center when he is a stretch four. He was a good pickup for anybody who got him.

I don't think they are bringing him in to be the main cog but an inside presence who can shoot 3s and spread the floor.
