Just thought I’d mention that Memphis is #258 in the country with a team ERA of 7.50, and we can’t seem to handle their midweek pitching.

This display of hitting (or lack thereof) against a bunch of arms with double-digit ERA's is just truly embarrassing, and baffling. Woodson is a total liability in the field and at the plate, and Milewski is clueless most of the time at the dish. And, Sullivan has shown me zilch lately as well; he's lost.
Well, this guy pitching has a 16.17 era with 18(now 19 ks-thanks Stallman) and 17 walks. 17 walks and a Grad student with an 82 IQ swings at first pitch. And then our next hero Woodson Ks for his 20th of the season. So he has struck out 20 batters in 10 and 2/3 innings and with that run scored only lowered his era by 2 runs down to 14.
All they want to do is hit HRs... thought that mentality was gonna change with BOC
Facts are facts. This team ain’t sweeping LSU and will be lucky to win 2 with this lineup. This is side that we have guys on the bench hitting double our catcher and .100 better than our short stop and DH.
as for Wyers, 90% of batters would jog if they thought the ball they hit was an easy out. BOC holding it against him but allows 3 guys who can’t hit a beach ball with a tennis racquet to stay in the lineup. Good hitting teams can over come an occasional error, wild pitch or passed ball. They ain’t overcoming guys that continue to strike out pop up with runners in scoring position or pop up the first pitch.

Seems like the ump expanded the strike zone for the Memphis pitcher in the bottom of the 7th
Comparative to expectations, Ace Reese is the most disappointing player on the team. He's only hitting about .310 overall and roughly .210 in league play. No way I'm drafting a guy in the first round that's barely above the mendoza line in the equivalent of high A ball.

Okay. Now I see why Wyers doesn’t play. My gosh. easy double play ball to Woodson and Wyers can’t even catch it cleanly! Ouch. Can he bat DH maybe?
Didn’t get to watch the game. I see MVBevis is still the hot bat. He needs to be in an RBi spot pronto.
He’s building up. Would not surprise me to see him start our last non con.
Then possibly as a 4th starter in SEC tournament. That’s my prediction anyways.
We hopefully will finish in the top 4 and not need a 4th starter, but if we do, I'm hoping for McPherson to return and be that guy.
