Sha and staff are an absolute embarrassment. Have been terrible at retaining and roster building. Huge culture issue with the program he is running. Sad to see
Just mind boggling why he is so stingy with the money. It’s not like he gets to keep the left overs. Unless he does….
Eh, I wanted him here too and like his game and the fact that he played local, but I did question whether he was a true BE caliber big. I think he can be replaced but it would be nice to even get someone other than a guard to commit

We WERE competitive with NIL until the off-season actually started. Then we became uncompetitive and it was all unforeseen and unexpected!
Are they totally uncompetitive with NIL this year or does Sha need to tweak his strategy.
Rutgers got the last visit from him on Sunday and just said we will give you more money than what you were offered from the other schools you visited (Rhode Island and us ) .
I imagine they were talking about the last recruiting cycle – – RU had a very little for Basketball and considerably less than SHU, but I believe this year RU has more.
Something is really wrong when Rutgers had a terrible losing season and is able to retain core players and recruit. Meanwhile Shu had a winning season with a coach of the year and cant retain or recruit good players.
Sha and Felt are clueless and can’t raise any money. Simple as that. The portal failure every year is on them and only them. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise
