Fine by me. Worst thing that could happen is Pope puts together a decent roster, wins a few games, gets a 5-6 seed in the NCAAT and we have to do it all over again in a 4th year. Blow it up, be terrible and go get a real coach next season.

1. I get UK has football as well as basketball to share NIL......but SEC payout is huge compared to BIg East payout per school.
-SEC is around $72m per school
- Big East is around $7M per school.
- ACC schools is around $45M per school
How are we being out bid in any universe by Big East....even ACC schools
2. Football team feels like they're recruiting isn't a problem....
So, none of this makes sense
