I remember my crew in Beam Hall, 1976, lip-synching this, teaching me the lyrics. Good times.

As the Senior HR guy for a number of smaller-to-mid-sized tech firms over my career, I always advised against testing for pot. My thought: We would probably lose 1/2 of the current Creative Dept., and maybe a few others as well, and hiring would become 10x more difficult. Handle problems if/when they arose on an individual basis. (They never did, even on or around 4/20).
Test away for anything stronger.
