The PNW (Pacific Northwest) is a hard sell due to the gloomy weather for 2/3 of the season. I go to Seattle often for work and I try to avoid late fall, winter and early spring if I can. Summers are the best, but of course the CBB season is during the most gloomy weather days of the year. May have something to do with why they can't seem to get good players and have a better team.
