He looks more athletic than Almonor, he can stretch the floor, I would take him as a backup

This is good offensive value. A lot of people compared him to almonor and I think that’s fair. Problem is defense. Guy either doesn’t play it or fouls. But he can score and doesn’t hurt you on offense so he’s a take.

Just looked at his highlights again and I retract my previous negative statement. He has that old man at the YMCA craftiness offensively. Might be a good bench piece. But you’re gonna have to figure out a way to hide him on defense.

I think we'll have 10+ losses no matter who's on the team because that's who Pope is. Plus, the SEC will be brutal again. Florida will be preseason number one. UT and Arkansas will be top 10. Bama will be good and Texas will be much better.
Rankings don't matter when it comes to transfers, only high school recruiting.
I will say the staff have prioritized a good set of players. Very interchangeable, players that compliment each others skill set, good size, better athleticism and appears to be better shooting that will be on the floor @ all times.

A national guy said the staff really wants this kid. They cooled on Rancik in favor of him. So probably a name to keep an eye on.
People are so hung up on rankings, it’s literally insane. The transfer portal rankings compared to real life performance has been wildly inconsistent. These rankings don’t mean jack ****.

Justin McBride is a much better scorer than Mo and Jelly. Still hoping the Cats can land Freeman. With Freeman and McBride the PF spot is in a really good spot.
Yes we NEED a starting PF, and possibly SF. But we ALSO NEED a solid capable bench. This guy at first glance looks like could fill that secondary need. You can't ONLY focus on the 1 (primary) need, you have to focus on both needs at the same time.
You missed some my other posts, said the same, we need guys like this in the rotation.
Florida, Texas, Alabama, UT and Missouri will all be good. UK has their work cut out for them.
Hopefully, we finish strong in the portal bc those other teams are gonna be legit.
