They just said on the radio that whammy is coaching at Clemson. Is this true? If so Dabo must be getting demented.

Once you get into the upper level of college coaching, you are set for life.
Very true. Even if you're bad at it, you pretty much are guaranteed solid 6-figure paychecks for life.
You just have to move every year or so to a new town/city. I wouldn't want that. Whammy has been on the Clemtech sideline for a while. It surprised me the first time I saw. Funniest meme is the one with Spurrier pulling his visor over his head when Whammy was doing something on the sideline.
Funny how he is being chastised now because I distinctly recall, after a game where the D looked decent, some around here thinking he'd be a great HC here.
