What's Jeff Goodman's "Lock.OF.the.DAY" people?

How bout Jack Pilgrim? What progress have we made according to his "inside sources" close to the program?

Maybe Jeff's ask is still sore from it being chewed out... so we'll see what kind of rebound he can make from that embarrassing prediction on Wright.

Don't know (if) Jack will go out on another limb, but he needs to think outside the box this time. That echo chamber he resides in isn't working well for him. That pail definitely doesn't hold water.

It's just for entertainment guys. I'm sure these guys are hearing stuff but who knows where it's coming from. Who ever knows where a rumor starts?

A bunch of "maybe", "possibly". "could", "potentially", etc. X posts.

These guys are like meteorologists, only have to be right a small portion of the time and are just spitting words based on loose facts.

The era of quality reporting and writing is dead!

Watching these portal cycles is a hell of a social experiment.

Grown adults, myself included, overdosing on rampant speculation.

Negative minded people believe all the negative speculation as gospel. Positive minded people do likewise with positive speculation.

Hopes are often risen and dashed in the same day, sometimes the same hour. Sometimes it changes back after another few hours.

The rampant internet speculation age is a reason why I’ll never pay a dime for recruiting info because it’s all speculation until a player commits and/or signs. And when it becomes official, everyone knows and it’s free.

I will never understand the folks who live snd die with these “insiders”

Just go to twitter. Theres 500 UK fan accounts on there and they all have inside scoops and personal sources. They all also love to ride Mitch’s ball sack for some reason. They also believe any negativity at all is you speaking death into the program. In other words they’re all bitches that don’t know anything.

I am a pretty rational person outside of UK basketball. Portal season, I literally go from one extreme of being down to happy, and it can happen multiple times a day. Part of being a hardcore fan. It isn't healthy and my wife and friends make fun of me for it during this time of the year. I stayed up to 12 AM the past couple of nights refreshing like a fiend, hoping to inhale new positive news. I get up at 5:45 AM for work every day. Lmao

It's much more entertaining (and free!) to come on here and see people post edited photos and screenshots of obvious troll twitter accounts. And they're about as accurate as a lot of the "insider" info to boot.

Kentucky has put itself in a bad position. We're known as the team that overpays guys, so the agents workout visits with us and put out fake info that a player is on the verge of signing with us to get their real target school to "pony up" leaving us chasing our tail and overpaying because now we're desperate. All this to say, any information you hear probably isn't reliable.
