They dropped Penn St for obvious reasons.
Bumped Indiana up for obvious reasons.

Losing Kaliakmanis + others is huge but the schedule is very soft. 7-5 and a bowl should be the expectation.

I think the schedule is manageable. Once you get pass the name of the school, some of these teams have concerns that make Rutgers feel lucky. That's why Rutgers has to have one of those seasons where everything comes together. Others have had them in recent years except us. Why not us now?

Yes… A 15-39 Conference Record would have had any P4 Coach fired by now.
Coaches with better records than that have been fired. Chryst at Wisconsin, for instance.

agree it's manageable with the right breaks but I wouldn't characterize it as soft
I wouldn't call any schedule soft. Games aren't played on paper.
We are now a "show me" program. Even the die-hards are losing interest.
