With the Bulls going in complete rebuild mode starting with the front office and the awful roster construction who thinks Billy walks away and takes a year off and eyes ncaa jobs? Heck he could go to Providence since they are spending money now.

I don't think he has any interest in the current Ncaa basketball landscape. He can lose 40+ games every year in the NBA and still have a consistent $6mil contract.

Bulls owner wants him to stay - North Carolina offered him $8mil +.
Have you seen what the bulls ownership is like? Even the most loyal fans are starting to give up.
Consistently cheap and trading for second round picks.
Just b/c the owner wants him to stay doesn’t mean he will.

Chicago has always been cheap about everything when it comes to sports, trying to nickel and dime their way to titles. Bulls were dang lucky to have gotten MJ. Without him they'd have had nothing. If it wasn't for a vastly underpaid Payton, they'd have had nothing to build around toward that one SuperBowl 40 years ago.

The only Chicago team that matters and consistently spends to try to win titles is the Blackhawks. The Bulls, Bears, and Cubs all frack around and do just enough to keep the fans on the hook, buying jerseys, and hoping for miracles.

We need him to resign from the Bulls this year and be available at the end of next season.

How long does it take unintelligent individuals on this board to understand that Billy Donavin is not coming to Kentucky.
I don't see him ever coaching in college again. However, if he did return I don't see him going to the SEC (unless it's Florida).

He can come be an assistant under Coach Pope after we win #9 with the star studded portal haul we are about to receive.
More like when this season goes sideways we can let pope go mid season and try to lock up Billy d. Evidently providence has a good coach so that job isn’t coming up. I think the worst secret in college basketball is that the UK job will be open after this season.

I just don't see BD taking a step back to college this late in his career. The college game is so much more complicared and has turned into a complete sh*t show.
College game is like retirement compared to the NBA. And you get paid more go figure.
