This team isn't nearly as good as the experts and/off this board thought. We have a played an absolutely horrible OOC schedule and padded our stats against weak sisters. We have a losing record against Quad 1 opponents. Woodson costs us the game but BOC made some questionable decisions late in this game as well. We're a different team w/o McPherson.

Correct, media tried to justify the $ we spent on this roster. They are a good 2/3 seed. Nothing more, nothing less.

They're not playing well right now, but a whole lot of years watching baseball makes me pretty sure they're plenty talented and plenty good. Certainly not Top 5 good right now, but I won't be surprised if they look like they're that good at some point again this season.

We didn't handle it clean at shortstop & made the turn difficult for Frei @ 2nd

True, but according to replay, we still made the double play. You don’t call a runner safe because the fielders didn’t handle it as cleanly as they should have.

We haven’t won a challenge in weeks and frankly got absolutely hosed on the double play. He was out and it cost us 3 runs. BOC was asked about it in the post game and he did a good job of coach speaking it but you could 100% tell he was utterly pissed off about it.
