It’s the most delusional thing Iowa fans say. The Big 10 sucked in the 80’s, 90’s and Nebraska would have dominated just the same. Remember what Nebraska did to Big 10 co champ Northwestern in 2000? 66-17. The B1G is good now but it wasn’t for decades.

lol…Nebraska has no Nebraska State in-state rival so you wouldn’t understand this, but oftentimes records get thrown out the door in such games. Iowa State generally plays over their heads vs Iowa, and then usually ends their season with a ho hum record…as you pointed out. However, Matt Campbell made them into a respectable program. Nebraska would have been hard-pressed to beat ISU during the Campbell years. I’m kind of surprised Nebraska doesn’t play ISU once in a while…it would be easy driving distances for both fanbases.
