It’s such a tricky game to play these days. It’s hard to wait on the guys chasing money. You do, and ya might get screwed with others signing else where. I have always been the “they want to come here sign them and screw the guy using us as a hat on table”guy. I say unload the bank for wright. Give him 3 days and if he doesn’t take what we are offering move on.

Confirmed? That’s awesome if so. I’m big on Diallo so I take his commitment and use the excess money to spend bigger on other spots. Zoom won’t cost nearly as much as Wright.

I feel like I’ve done alright with my decisions in life. At least I’m at peace with them currently.
It’s not really choosing Zoom if he’s ready to commit and Wright isn’t. Wright is the better PG, I don’t think you’ll find any disagreement there. But it’s not a given we can get him, and he’s going to be more expensive.
I get the waiting part, but this is do or die for Pope. He doesn’t have the time to play money ball.
I don’t disagree. I’d rather have Wright than Zoom but Zoom than neither. He’s my second favorite PG in the portal so far. Hope we can land one of them.
