Junior guard Jordan Clayton on Monday became the fourth Northwestern player to enter the transfer portal in four days, and the sixth overall.

Not sure he's going to get paid much more than he'd get here. But I certainly understand why he'd leave.

Sigh...I get that this is the new norm, but something felt off about this whole season and now immediate aftermath.

Maybe it's just as simple as there's no patience to build something over multiple years from these players when they can get money from a better team immediately, but it seems clear to me the team culture was not good this year, though we'll never really know what happened.

We currently have 4 (Ciaravino, Gill, Green, West) and 2 incoming freshmen (Hodge, Ghai). That leaves 9 open scholarships.
