Chandler wanting big money isn’t surprising. Much like Moreno, I think he takes a slight discount to return while getting paid more than most would want.

Heard Chandler asked UK for $3 Million or he was going back to Utah. His agent asked BYU for $3 Million and they laughed at him. UK's offer was a pay bump to $2 Million and Chandler thought he was worth more. Has been back-channeling supposedly trying to get more (and get back to Utah) but nobody is willing to pay anywhere near that much for him so far. Just hearsay among friends and no verifiable way to source it so take it with a grain of salt. But it seems several media personalities have gotten wind of similar rumors.

If the rumors of $22,000,000 last year are correct ... and rumors of significantly less available for this year's roster ... it may well be that the players were all asked to take pay cuts as part of a re-budgeting process. If so, my guess is they are not satisfied with that idea and are looking elsewhere.
Pope will need all the money he can muster to sign enough players to come in here and make a SIGNIFICANT impact and difference !!

If Chandler is worth $3,000,000 and some program will pay it ... we are witnessing a bizarro sports world !! Geez ...

Almost all of them are and they should be. But we literally just had a story yesterday of Moreno turning down more money lol.
No coach with 2 brain cells and $4 million dollars offered Moreno that much money!

That’s as much or more money than any of the guys who will go top 5 in this upcoming NBA draft, received this past season!

Here UK goes throwing out ridiculous $$$ numbers again to make themselves look good 😂

I missed that. Care to elaborate?
Pilgrim reported Moreno was getting approached with offers up to like 4M to leave but decided to stay for a little less to help build a championship team or some nonsense.

Probably a little stretch but with a very weak center market, a guy that some have on draft boards, it’s conceivable he was getting absurd offers for his box score stats in 2025. Personally it feels more like 3M offers elsewhere and settling for 2.5-2.75 at UK but I don’t know anything lol

quick, question

who here, as a 23 year old mormon, wouldn't ask for a bunch of money from BYU (after hearing BYU has money to burn) to see if they say yes?

anyone, Bueller? Bueller?
Triily laughing all the way to the bank as idiots subscribe.
