Need a stretch 4 that can shoot more than 46 threes all year long and actually make free throws.
The Kwame Evans guy from Oregon hits about 30% from 3 while shooting about 3.4 per game. Shoots almost 80% from FT. No idea if he'd improve his shooting here like some have, but his 3pt% has increased every year of college.

Not sure if I'd be cool with Pope taking that chance on him, though. We NEED a stretch 4 to open driving lanes.

Over 2 seasons, he shot 40% from 3pt range, so I would think he could be more than adequate as the PF & spot backup as the 5
He isn't a stretch 4 he got pushed around by physical players so as a back up center sure. I don't see him coming as a back up anything. Again taking only 46 threes all year isn't what you want from your stretch 4 and not shooting 60% from the free throw line. He is better than Garrison or Jelavic.

yeah, I was thinking he wouldn't be great as a C for the reasons you mentioned. However, as a backside help defender to block shots, and as a guy who is at least a threat from the perimeter, he could be a good fit at PF.

Then, as a "small ball (small as in girth not length)" C in spots, he would still give you a perimeter threat at the 5 in spots.

Absolutely agree we need people that can pull players out of the lane but bigs that can also handle the ball.

I don't think he is good enough to start. I think he would backup both Moreno and the starting 4.
Could be (I have not seen anything more than highlights reels), but with his NBA hype he is not going to go anywhere to be a backup.
